Morning Sickness Remedies / How to Treat Morning Sickness ?
- As soon as you wake up, put something in your mouth, any food that you can tolerate.
- Keep eating small portions after sometime ,don’t let your starve or get fully empty, as that can worsen morning sickness.
- While waking up from the bed, move your body slowly, don’t try to rush as sudden movements can worsen the symptom.
- Keep drinking liquid, stay hydrated.
- Eat Sour Food Items – tangy ,salty or sharp flavor
- Try following items –
- Ginger
- Lemon
- Yogurt
- Apple Juice
- Strawberries
- Tamarind etc.
